An immortalized mistake

Forty years after a news media mistake in the Dan Cooper airplane hijacking case, it's back in the news still being referred to as the "D.B. Cooper case". Be careful writing your first draft of history. (Okay, that's not the most appropriate way to say it for radio and TV broadcasters, but you get my point.)
