Spring '12 Convention - April 27 - 29

Join INBA in Macomb!

INBA's next convention will be held April 27-29 in at the Spoon River College Outreach Center in Macomb, IL.  

 In addition to several development workshops, we'll hold our annual Awards banquet, featuring awards from the Illinois Associated Press and the Students in the Illinois News Broadcasters Association.

Keynoting Saturday night will be Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Kilbride.

Saturday Night Banquet

Our featured speaker on Saturday night will be the Honorable Thomas L. Kilbride, Chief Justice of the Illinois Supreme Court.  Justice Kilbride is expected to speak about the Court's recent policy, allowing electronic media recordings in Illinois' trial courts.  He will also be invited to take questions from the audience.

We'll also continue our annual tradition of hosting awards from the Illinois Associated Press and the Students in the Illinois News Broadcasters Association.

The convention will be held at the Spoon River College Outreach Centers.
