Entries are now being accepted for the 2024 INBA Crystal Mic Awards, honoring the best radio and television work serving Illinois audiences during the past year. We are using a new entry platform this year, www.newspapercontest.com/inba, which will be open through July 31.
Finalists will be announced on INBA.net and social media in August, and winners will be revealed during an Awards Presentation on Saturday, Sept. 21 at the INBA Fall Convention in East Peoria.
The contest covers work produced between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

Large Market stations include Chicago and St. Louis. Small Market entries are for stations serving an Illinois audience outside of the Chicago/St. Louis metro markets, including border markets in Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Indiana that have a signal in Illinois.
Award categories cover both stations and individuals; details are within the category descriptions on the entry platform.
Entrants are not required to be INBA members, but membership is encouraged. Check out inba.net for registration info.
