2024 SINBA finalists named; exact placements announced April 20
The Illinois News Broadcasters Association on April 8 announced the finalists for its Student INBA (SINBA) Awards competition.
The reveal for which finalists won first and second places in the various categories will happen April 20 during the evening banquet of the INBA Spring Convention in Rock Island.
Convention tickets and discounted hotel rooms remain on sale through Friday, April 12.
This year’s contest covers material broadcasted from May 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024, includes categories in both television and radio and is open to journalistic work completed by students at a college, university, commercial radio/television station, or cable outlet.
