The Crystal Mic awards will be handed out April 18 at the INBA Best of Broadcast Awards dinner.

Tickets are on sale now for the INBA’s first-ever Best of Broadcast Awards, planned for April 18 at the Holiday Inn Champaign.

This one-night-only event that includes a buffet dinner will celebrate all of INBA’s award winners, including:

The professional Crystal Mic Awards
The Illinoisan of the Year
SINBA Awards for student journalists
College scholarship program

For those coming from far away and needing a hotel room for the night, consider staying at the Holiday Inn Champaign, which is offering a reduced rate that evening until rooms are sold out or April 8, whichever comes first.

The ticket sale deadline is April 9.
